My daughter researched QHHT and thought it would benefit me. I met Tara Fleming, learned more about QHHT and booked an appointment. Tara confirmed it via email, with additional information including prep work for the session. During the session I talked a lot about my life, and Tara asked many questions. I had never done hypnosis before and was very nervous. Tara quickly put me at ease during our conversation. During the hypnosis Tara guided me into a relaxed state. In this state I slowly started to see small parts of scenery that grew and became more vivid. Not long into the hypnosis angels appeared with me. I was scared at times but the angels and Tara gently pushed me through my fears to go further in the session. Afterwards, I didn't remember a lot so the tape Tara included was very helpful, and continues to help me now. A year ago I ended up dropping to my knees with flashbacks of childhood trauma. I had lots of questions and needed answers, both of my parents had passed on. Not only did I come away with those answers, peace of mind and a sense of completeness that I didn't know I needed; but the pain in my feet, back and side were also much better. I feel the most whole I've felt in years. The benefits were unimaginable and have continued since the QHHT session; which is helping me live a better life.
