What is QHHT and its History
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) is a powerful tool developed by Dolores Cannon to access the part of ourselves called The Higher Self, The Oversoul, even the Soul itself. Dolores called this the subconscious (SC).
By communicating with the SC we can have access to unlimited knowledge and healing abilities. When mental and physical ailments are rooted in trauma from past lives or a current life, we can heal by discovering the source and letting them go.

How to prepare for a QHHT session
Practice visualizing! It is so much fun!
Whenever you have a moment, just close your eyes and think of happy moments in your life and remember/visualize those scenes playing out again. Remember these scenes in as much detail as you can.
Let go of fear and be open!
In QHHT there is only love. Your subconscious will only show you things that you can handle, for you to continue to grow. So you can put aside any fear and just be open to the information that wants to come through.
Prepare a list of questions
Things that may have happened in your life that you may want to have more insight or clarification on. Ex. Lost time or fuzzy memories
If there are individuals in your life that you have questions about (past lives with them or karma etc…)
A list of health symptoms and when they started
Questions about immediate choices that you are thinking of doing soon and getting some guidance or clarification
Any questions you may have about the universe and how it works in general
Ask your subconscious for help!
Every night for 1 week, before you go to sleep, ask your subconscious to come through really strongly during your QHHT session. Ask for the guidance that you currently need. This will start your intention early and then your subconscious will know how to best help you during your session.
Meditation
Use whatever method that works best for you! I like to meditate in the morning after I wake up because then I get to enjoy the comfy bed a little longer in the morning! Some people like to meditate between the hours of 1am - 4am (Out of bed or you’ll end up falling asleep again!) If you are unsure, just try a couple of free meditations on youtube.
Food and Drink
Please don’t drink any alcohol or smoke any weed the night before your session. We want you to have a clear head for the next day. Make sure to eat before your session in the morning as the session can take a long time but keep any stimulants in the morning to a minimum (caffeine, smoking). As we will be spending the day together, bring a snack just in case you don’t like mine!

How the day will unfold
Your story
We will spend the largest part of the day getting to know you. This is a time for you to share everything from your earliest memory up until the present. It is important for the practitioner to know you in as much detail as possible, as this will enable better questions to be asked when under the hypnosis state. Depending on how long we have been chatting, a small snack might be required before the hypnosis starts.
Hypnosis
Once the practitioner has learned everything about you. You will be led to a very comfortable space (I have the most comfy single bed ever!) If you are nervous just focus on trying to go to sleep. Most people these days are aware the whole time. It is like being on a couch reading a book, you know where you are but you can still visualize the images from the book and feel all those wonderful feelings! If your conscious mind keeps trying to bud in and see what is going on, just thank them and let them know that they are not needed right now, as you are surrounded by love. Just let go and have a lovely experience!
Debrief
After the session we will chat about your experience and have a snack. You will go home feeling wonderful!
Your Recording
You will be emailed your recording as soon as possible. Remember to listen to your recording as it will bring healing every time you do!
