Tara Fleming doesn’t diagnose or treat any type of physical or mental disorder. If you'd like help with a medical issue, please seek the advice from your regular physician. If you have an addiction, please seek advice through the proper channels for addiction counseling recovery and/or rehab before booking a QHHT session. 

QHHT can be beneficial by complementing conventional treatments. If in any doubt clients should ask the advice of a medical physician before seeking complimentary treatments.

Please be advised that each QHHT session is different and is unique to the individual. Therefore session results will vary. The success depends on the client’s full cooperation and participation in the entire process from beginning to end. Any healing that may occur in the session is done by the client.

Payment Policy

A QHHT session takes up the majority of the day and as such, everyone's time needs to be respected, both the clients and practitioners. 

Full Payment in advance is taken at the time of your booking. First you need to contact me (Tara Fleming) via email to schedule a time. Once a time is agreed upon, you will need to send an e transfer. A confirmation will be sent after the e transfer. Payment can only be made through e transfer or the Barter System. 

Cost

Using the Barter System (Negotiating other materials or services of value for the same value) or $350

Refund Policy

Full Refund: 2 weeks notice to cancel

½ Refund: 2-1 weeks notice to cancel.

No Refund: Less than 1 week notice to cancel, if the client decides to not finish the session, or if the client just doesn’t show up.

Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. You can request to reschedule up to 7 days before your appointment via email and a $50 fee will apply. Note: You can only reschedule twice. If it is less than 7 days notice you will not be able to reschedule and if you miss the scheduled appointment it will be considered a no show.
